Safety & reporting
Your safety matters to us.
If you experience harassment, impersonation, inappropriate behaviour, spam, or anything that makes you uncomfortable, please use the reporting or blocking options available inside Fireside.

When reporting an issue, providing screenshots or relevant details can help us investigate more quickly.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your Fireside account directly from within the app.
Go to: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Before permanently deleting your account, you can also choose to pause matching if you simply want to take a break.
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and associated account information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
